Booking & Payment Guide

1. Introduction

At Circuitos Exclusivos, we have designed a simple, secure, and transparent booking process to ensure that planning your trip to Morocco is an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

2. Requesting a Quotation

Travelers may request a personalized quotation through:

To prepare the most suitable proposal, we may request information regarding:

  • Preferred travel dates.

  • Number of travelers.

  • Accommodation preferences.

  • Special interests and requirements.

  • Additional services requested.

3. Tailor-Made Itinerary

Our team will prepare a customized itinerary according to the Customer’s expectations and budget.

The proposal will include:

  • Day-by-day itinerary.

  • Included services.

  • Excluded services.

  • Total trip price.

Customers may request amendments before confirming the reservation.

4. Booking Confirmation

The reservation becomes effective once:

  • The Customer approves the itinerary.

  • The required deposit has been received.

  • Circuitos Exclusivos issues a written confirmation.

5. Initial Deposit

To secure the booking, an initial deposit ranging from 25% to 50% of the total trip cost is required.

The exact amount depends on:

  • The nature of the trip.

  • The services involved.

  • The booking date.

The corresponding amount will be specified in the travel proposal.

6. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the beginning of the trip.

Bookings made less than fifteen days before departure require full payment upon confirmation.

Circuitos Exclusivos provides secure and reliable payment options.

Bank Transfer

Customers may pay by bank transfer. All necessary banking details will be provided during the booking process.

International transfers may be subject to bank charges imposed by the Customer’s financial institution.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and Circuitos Exclusivos does not store customers’ banking information.

PayPal

PayPal offers a convenient and secure solution for international transactions.

Cash Payment

Subject to prior agreement, the remaining balance may, in certain cases, be paid in cash upon arrival in Morocco.

This option is available only with prior approval from the Agency.

8. Travel Documents

Upon receipt of full payment, customers will receive:

  • Final trip confirmation.

  • Detailed itinerary.

  • Accommodation vouchers.

  • Transportation confirmations, when applicable.

  • Emergency contact information.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Circuitos Exclusivos.
