Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the travel services provided by Circuitos Exclusivos, including tailor-made tours, private circuits, transportation, accommodation, excursions, and related services.

By booking any service, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Process

Reservations may be requested through:

Following the request, our team will prepare a personalized proposal including the itinerary, included services, excluded services, and the total price.

3. Booking Confirmation

A reservation shall be considered confirmed only when:

  • The Customer has accepted the itinerary.

  • The required deposit has been received.

  • Circuitos Exclusivos has issued written confirmation.

4. Deposit and Final Payment

A deposit ranging from 25% to 50% of the total trip amount is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 calendar days before the departure date.

Bookings made less than 15 days before departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made by:

  • Bank transfer.

  • Visa and Mastercard.

  • PayPal.

  • Cash payment in Morocco, subject to prior agreement.

Any bank charges associated with international transfers shall be borne by the Customer.

6. Amendments Requested by the Customer

Customers may request modifications before the start of the trip.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds will depend on:

  • Expenses already committed with suppliers.

  • The cancellation date.

  • Specific conditions applicable to the booked services.

Non-refundable costs may be deducted from any refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport.

  • Obtaining any required visa.

  • Ensuring compliance with Moroccan entry requirements.

  • Providing accurate information.

  • Respecting local laws and customs.

Circuitos Exclusivos shall not be held liable for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel assistance and cancellation insurance.

Any claim or coverage shall be handled exclusively by the insurance company and the policyholder.

10. Liability of Circuitos Exclusivos

Circuitos Exclusivos acts as organizer and intermediary between Customers and third-party suppliers.

The company shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations.

  • Lost or stolen baggage.

  • Actions of third parties.

  • Decisions made by government authorities.

  • Events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Force Majeure

Circuitos Exclusivos shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, including:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Floods.

  • Earthquakes.

  • Pandemics.

  • Armed conflicts.

  • Strikes.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Border closures.

12. Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Moroccan laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and website contents are the exclusive property of Circuitos Exclusivos and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
